TORTOUR 1000
The TORTOUR 1000 is the largest multi-day non-stop ultracycling event in the world. The race with start and finish in Schaffhausen demands everything from cyclists and their crew: In just two days, a 1000-kilometer non-stop race course in Switzerland has to be mastered – day and night, solo or in a team. The hard, sweaty adventure promises unforgettable emotions and a unique cycling experience.
All participants under 25 benefit from a 50% discount on the entry fee. For teams, all members must be U25 for the discount to apply.

AN ULTRACYCLING BIKE RACE WITH TEAM SPIRIT
- TORTOUR 250: Each team member completes the entire route
- TORTOUR 500: For teams of 4 and 6, at least half of the team members are always on the route
- TORTOUR 1000: For teams of 4 and 6, at least two team members are always on the route
- Teams are free to determine their athletes’ roles and distances and may make changes at any time
- Team ride (entire team) on the first and final stage

The TORTOUR 1000, 500 and 250 formats can also be followed via GPS tracking. All solo athletes and teams will each receive a GPS tracker. Shower facilities and refreshments will be available at the KSS ice rink in Schaffhausen. There will be refreshment facilities for the athletes at the time stations along the route.
